Darrell Cain serves as Co-Chairman of Tectonic Holdings, the parent company of Tectonic Advisors. In addition, he is the founding partner of Cain Watters & Associates, a Dallas-area CPA and registered investment advisory firm providing financial planning, investment advisory, accounting, tax, estate planning, and dental practice transition services. For more than 30 years, he has spoken to small business organizations, study clubs, associations, and investment symposiums across the country, as a recognized leader in the field. Mr. Cain’s deep understanding of the critical issues that small business owners face has made him a sought-after voice providing audiences with the education, tools, and processes they need to evaluate and improve business and personal financial success. Mr. Cain received his BBA and MPA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and an Investment Advisor Representative.
