Secretary
Susan Bailey serves as Secretary of both Tectonic Advisors and Tectonic Holdings. Additionally, she joined affiliate Sanders Morris Harris in 1997 as assistant to the Chairman and progressively took over administrative management of the office. She served as Corporate Secretary when Sanders Morris Harris was a public company. Previously, she supported the Chief Patent Counsel at Baker Hughes and the President of the Power Division at BHP, the largest company in Australia. Ms. Bailey holds a BA in English from The University of Texas in Austin.
